Library Storytime Express
| Join us on the third Friday of every month to spark your child’s imagination and love for stories with a journey of stories, songs, and fingerplays brought to life by our amazing storytellers from across the District. While this event is perfect for families with little ones under age 6, all ages are more than welcome to join in on the fun! Timnath Citizens Academy
The Timnath Citizens Academy and learn how your local government operates. Over the course of this seven-week program, students will delve into the Town of Timnath’s inner workings. Learn about general governance, budgeting and finance, public works, Poudre Fire Authority, parks, the Timnath Police Department, community development, and the Town Council’s role and duties. This interactive program will connect participants with town staff and your neighbors as you explore the day-to-day and long-term issues and opportunities that the Town of Timnath tackles.
Classes are held weekly on Thursdays in varying locations throughout Timnath from September 12th through October 17th, with the final class being held on Tuesday, October 22. Participants are expected to attend all seminars. Failure to attend at least 6 seminars will result in a participant not completing the program.
