Fall Festival

Celebrate Autumn at the Timnath Fall Festival!

Join us for the Timnath Fall Festival on September 26, 2026 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.! This don’t-miss event will feature live music, an artisan market, local Colorado beer, food trucks, a variety of free activities and crafts for the whole family, and much more. We’ll be raising money for the Children’s Speech & Reading Center. We can’t wait to see you for this one-of-a-kind Timnath event! Parking and event maps can be found at the bottom of the page.

Fall Festival Parking

Parallel parking will be available throughout the surrounding subdivisions, on Summerfields Parkway, Twin Bridge & Twin Pass Road, and on School House Drive. River Pass Road, between Summerfields Parkway and Three Bell Parkway, will be a one-way road on September 13, with diagonal parking for event attendees. Please note that the bike lane on River Pass Road will be closed on this day. Parking is also available at the Timnath Community Park. We will have a limited shuttle service that will drop off and pick up from four locations: River Pass Road & Saddle Horn Drive, Summerfields Parkway & School House Drive, Twin Bridge Drive & Wishing Well Drive, and the roundabout at the Timnath Community Park. Please note that our shuttles are six-passenger golf carts and have limited capacity to transport people to and from the event. The roundabout at Timnath Community Park also serves as a drop-off zone for family members.
