Concerns have been raised by residents of Old Town Timnath regarding odors associated with a pre-existing industrial user in the area. The Town of Timnath takes the health and safety of our residents seriously and is taking steps to investigate those odors. The information provided here is the comprehensive data associated with those efforts.
As of late September 2022, the Colorado Department of Health and Environment completed its review and preparation of the Timnath Health Consultation report and has provided that document to the Town of Timnath.
