Website Accessibility

The Town of Timnath (the “Town”) strives to ensure that no qualified individual will be excluded or denied benefits of its services, programs, or activities based upon a disability.

Our ongoing accessibility effort includes working to update the Town’s websites to improve accessibility to individuals with disabilities, to comply with accessibility standards established pursuant to section 24-85-103, C.R.S., and the Colorado Department of Information Technology (OIT) rules for technology accessibility standards.

The Town of Timnath shall provide reasonable accommodations or modifications to the Town’s processes with respect to information and communication technology to qualified persons with disabilities so that such persons have full and equal access when needed.  A person seeking a reasonable accommodation or modification to the Town’s process or seeking to report inaccessible digital products and communications may contact the Town as follows:

ADA Coordinator: Susan Bieber

In person: Town Center, 4750 Signal Tree Drive, Timnath, CO 80547

Via Telephone: 970-224-3211, extension 1404

Via Email: [email protected]

The Town is committed to providing a timely response to requests for reasonable accommodation or modification and to reports of inaccessible information or communications.
