Timnath sells Old Town properties for redevelopment

During the August 22 Timnath Town Council meeting, Town Council unanimously approved the sale of 4104 Main Street (the old Fire Station) and 5125 Fourth Avenue to Savant Homes, Inc., for $650,000. Savant was one of two companies that answered a Request for Proposals by the Town to buy and redevelop the sites. The proposal includes a mix-use of office space, ground-floor commercial, retail, and restaurant space with residential units above. See Savant’s full proposal here.
