Thank you for your interest in the potential for a pedestrian crossing treatment such as a marked crosswalk. This form can be filled out and submitted to the Town for evaluation. Once received, staff will review your location of interest and be in touch within 4 weeks with more information. Depending on staff workload, some reviews may take more time.

Please describe the location of the concern. This may include your neighborhood name, street names at intersections, nearby landmarks, and which leg of an intersection is of most interest (i.e. the north leg of the intersection of Street X and Street Y).

Explanation of Concern*

Please describe the reason for the request. This may include your observations of the number of people crossing, the age of pedestrians, difficulty in finding a gap in traffic, drivers not yielding to pedestrians, speed of vehicles, nearby destinations (parks, schools, trails) etc. Please be specific.
