Reservations can be made up to 90 days prior to the requested rental date(s) but must be made at least one week in advance of the requested rental date(s). All reservation requests must be made using the online application form below and must be accompanied by a signed copy of the Timnath Community Park Pavilion Rental Permit Agreement and Waiver. There is a refundable damage deposit that must be made prior to the reserved date; please note that it may take up to three weeks to receive the deposit refund and it will be in the form of a mailed check.
