The Timnath Municipal Court is responsible for enforcing Town ordinances as adopted by Town Council. Municipal Court cases include traffic violations, misdemeanors, and civil infractions.
Court is presided over by the Honorable Judge Stewart Olive.

In some cases, the final decision of the court may require the defendant to perform Community Service or Useful Public Service (UPS). Community Service may be completed through any 503c3 non-profit organization(s). These include donation centers, public centers, government organizations, and religious centers/organizations. Based on your offense, some organizations may not allow you to perform community service on their behalf. Please check with the organization to ensure compatibility.
