Robert Axmacher proudly serves as the Mayor of Timnath, Colorado, bringing over 25 years of dedicated public service to our vibrant community. A native of Colorado and a resident of Timnath Ranch, Robert has built a distinguished career in law enforcement and legal services, including his role as a prosecutor in Larimer County and various positions, including Operations Commander, for the University of Colorado Boulder Police Department. His academic credentials include a Juris Doctor from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, an MBA from the University of Colorado Denver, and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Colorado Boulder. In addition to his professional achievements, Robert has successfully operated two small businesses and remains deeply involved in community service through numerous volunteer and non-profit roles.
As Mayor, Robert is driven by a passion for public service and a commitment to enhancing the quality of life in Timnath. His leadership on the Town Council and Planning Commission has been instrumental in advancing key initiatives, such as expanding Community Park and partnering to bring high-speed broadband to all neighborhoods. His main objectives include expanding parks, trails, and recreation facilities, promoting purposeful growth, and implementing effective traffic and safety solutions. Beyond his official duties, Robert is an avid baseball coach, a seasoned runner, and a devoted family man who enjoys camping and attending U2 concerts. His dedication to both his community and personal interests underscores his holistic approach to leadership and community engagement.
