Larimer County Growth Management Area Overlay Zone Meeting

The Larimer County Community Development Department is proposing to legislatively rezone to Growth Management Area (GMA) Overlay Zone all properties within the GMA as adopted in the Intergovernmental Agreement between Larimer County/Town of Timnath. The GMA overlay zone district will not change the existing zoning on affected properties but shall be in addition to the existing zoning.

Community members within the Timnath GMA are invited to attend a virtual meeting being hosted by the Larimer County Community Development to discuss the purpose of the Growth Management Area Overlay Zone.
