Project Fair

The Town of Timnath is excited to announce its first-ever Project Fair, an interactive, open-house style event designed to give residents the opportunity to learn more about current and upcoming projects shaping the community.
The Project Fair will take place on May 12 from 5-7 p.m.at the Timnath Town Center (4750 Signal Tree Drive, Timnath). Community members are invited to explore a series of information booths highlighting key infrastructure efforts, ask questions, and share feedback directly with Town staff and project representatives.
Attendees will be able to dive into detailed plans, maps, and updates on major initiatives, including:
- Main Street Railroad Crossing Project
- Pulse Fiber Internet
- Poudre River Trail
- Timnath Parkway Project
- CR 5 Bridge and Widening Project
- Comprehensive Plan Update and Land Use Codes
- Neighborhood Traffic Calming Program, focused on managing speeding and enhancing safety in residential areas

“This is a great opportunity for our residents to engage with the work we’re doing and see how these projects will support Timnath’s continued growth,” said Justin Stone, Public Works Director. “We look forward to having meaningful conversations and gaining valuable input from the community.”
