Applying For The First Time

Attention: If you do not have a current CommunityConnect account registered with the Town of Timnath, please enter the information below so that we may set up your account. You will be notified via email from CommunityCore that your account is ready to be finished setting up – check your junk & spam!

Re-Applying

Attention: If you already have a CommunityConnect account and it is registered with the Town of Timnath, please log into your account and apply for your license (also choose this if re-applying). You can access CommunityConnect at this URL: https://app.communitycore.com

The Next Steps

Once into CommunityConnect, there will be a choice on the Dashboard to “Apply for a License”. Please choose this and fill out the required information. Once completed, it will prompt you to make payment for you license. It is $100.00 for a year long license or $25.00 for a one time/one project license. If you hold a Master License, there is no fee associated with your license.

Contractor hereby agrees that he is responsible for all work performed according to drawings and specifications filed and approved by the Town of Timnath. Each contractor for a specific job will have their own current contractor’s license prior to permit issuance.
