Tier 2 Application

If Tier 1 Visual Elements are not considered successful and several residents remain concerned, the neighborhood may apply for Tier 2 Engineering Physical Elements. These include construction-based changes such as curb extensions or speed tables. To begin this process, fill out this application (including the section requiring additional sponsors) and submit it to Timnath Public Works. Staff will review eligibility, complete data collection and evaluation and if appropriate complete a mitigation plan. The neighborhood will then be asked to complete a petition process to ensure a majority of the neighborhood supports the plan before project prioritization and construction scheduling can occur.
