Timnath Parkway Construction Update

Construction on Timnath Parkway is ongoing. Please note the following impacts:

• Second Avenue:  Second Avenue is closed at Timnath Parkway to through traffic from Friday, May 16, through Tuesday, May 20.
• Main Street Closure: To complete final work, Main Street will be closed from Harmony Road to Second Avenue from Wednesday, May 21, through Friday, May 23.
• Parkway Opening: Timnath Parkway is anticipated to open to traffic on Friday, May 23, and will be the new continuous north/south arterial roadway.
• Access to Old Town: Following the opening of Timnath Parkway, Old Town will remain accessible via Second Avenue and Fourth Avenue.
