Land Use Code Amendments Public Input Event: May 7

The Timnath Land Use Code (LUC) outlines the regulations that govern land use in our community, including what can be built, where it can be built, and how it can be built. Since its adoption, the LUC has been amended multiple times to adapt to changes and align with best practices

On Wednesday, May 7, the Community Development Department will host the next public feedback session to gather input on building height, building color, and dimensions of parking spaces. Join us in the community room at Town Center (4750 Signal Tree Drive) at 12 p.m. to provide input before amendments are presented to the Planning Commission.
