Club Drive Construction Begins May 27

Heads up, Timnath drivers! Club Drive will undergo necessary roadway maintenance starting today, Tuesday, May 27, 2025, and will involve a mix of full and partial road closures through the first week of June.

In coordination with A-1 Chipseal & Rocky Mountain Pavement, the Town of Timnath will begin resurfacing and patchwork as part of our continued efforts to improve local infrastructure. Electronic message boards have already been placed, and nearby neighborhoods are being notified.

Tentative Construction Schedule:
May 27–28: Full closure for road milling

May 29–30: Partial closures for asphalt patching

May 31–June 2: Club Drive open to traffic

June 3: Full closure for chip seal application

June 4: Full closure for final paving
