Timnath Parks & Recreation has a new tool for all reservoir permitting and recreational programming needs- RecDesk! Here’s what you need to know about this significant upgrade to our community services:

What’s Changing?
We’re transitioning to RecDesk, a state-of-the-art software platform for managing registrations, reservoir permits, and more. This change means a more streamlined, efficient, and user-friendly way for you to engage with our parks and programs.

What will be available on RecDesk?
Program Registration
Offering both online and in-house program registration. Community members can easily register for future programs, special events, camps, and more.
Permitting
Purchasing and Permitting for Reservoir boat permits and shore passes.
Billing and Invoicing
Handle billing and invoicing efficiently within the platform.

What do you need to do?
We invite you to set up your profiles now at timnath.recdesk.com. This proactive step ensures you’re ready to go when reservoir boat permits officially open on March 25.

When will the 2024 Reservoir Use Permits be available?
Monday, March 25 at 9 am: Motorized Boat Permits (Timnath Residents Only)
Monday, April 1 at 9 am: Annual Shore Permits and Non-Motorized Boat Permits (Timnath Residents only)
Monday, April 8 at 9 am: Annual Shore Permits and Non-Motorized Boat Permits (GMA Residents) (Colorado Anglers)
