Help Shape the Future of Timnath

Timnath is updating its Comprehensive Plan, a long-term guide that captures our community’s vision for the future. This roadmap outlines goals and policies to help manage growth, guide development, and set a course for a strong, resilient future. Since our last update in 2020, Timnath has continued to be one of the fastest-growing communities in Northern Colorado, making your input more important than ever.

We’ll be kicking things off with a table at the Fall Festival on Saturday, September 13. Stop by to learn more about the Comprehensive Plan and share your ideas! You’ll also have the chance to participate in one of our Comprehensive Plan Open House Events in the Community Room at Town Hall:

• Tuesday, September 16 | 6–8 p.m.
• Wednesday, September 17 | 11 a.m.–1 p.m.
• Wednesday, September 17 | 6–8 p.m.

If you can’t attend in person, you can still share feedback through engagement activities online at yourtimnath.org/comp-plan. Together, we can create a plan that reflects the needs, priorities, and vision of the Timnath community.
