Comprehensive Plan Open House and Community Pop-Up Events

The Town of Timnath is inviting community members to take part in upcoming opportunities to share feedback as part of the Comprehensive Plan Update. The Comprehensive Plan helps guide how Timnath grows over time, including decisions related to housing, transportation, land use, economic development, parks and open space. Community input plays an important role in shaping the plan and ensuring it reflects local priorities and values.

Community Open House
Residents are encouraged to attend the Comprehensive Plan Community Open House on Wednesday, March 25, from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m., at Timnath Town Center, 4750 Signal Tree Dr. in the Community Room. The open house will feature displays outlining key elements of the Comprehensive Plan, opportunities to review place types, guiding principles and land use concepts and staff and project team members available to answer questions and gather feedback. Hands-on activities will also be available for residents to share ideas and priorities. The open house is designed as a drop-in event, so community members may arrive at any time during the scheduled window.

Community Pop-Up Events
For those who may not be able to attend the open house, the Town will also host community pop-up events on Thursday, March 26, from 3:30 to 5:30 p.m. at WildWing Park and Timnath Community Park. Pop-up events provide a more informal way to learn about the Comprehensive Plan update, ask questions one-on-one, and share quick feedback with the project team. All comments received during these engagement opportunities will be reviewed and considered as the plan continues to be refined.
