The 2024 Timnath Citizens Academy will begin accepting applications on July 15 at 8am.
The Timnath Citizens Academy and learn how your local government operates. Over the course of this seven-week program, students will delve into the Town of Timnath’s inner workings. Learn about general governance, budgeting and finance, public works, Poudre Fire Authority, parks, the Timnath Police Department, community development, and the Town Council’s role and duties. This interactive program will connect participants with town staff and your neighbors as you explore the day-to-day and long-term issues and opportunities that the Town of Timnath tackles.
Classes are held weekly on Thursdays in varying locations throughout Timnath from September 12th, 2024 through October 17th, 2024, with the final class being held on Tuesday, October 22, 2024.
