The safety of the Timnath community is a top concern for Timnath officials. That’s why we’ve made the decision to move all public meetings online.
Even though meetings won’t be at the Town Center, we are dedicated to keeping our meetings transparent and accessible. Moving forward, there are several ways you can continue to engage with your Town Council and provide your feedback.
Attend a Virtual Meeting:
If you’d like to participate our meeting, through Zoom, to provide public comment directly to the Town Council or Planning Commission, please email email@example.com by 5:00 p.m. the day of the meeting. We will then email you information so you can access the Zoom meeting. Please be prepared to be on the meeting by 5:50 p.m. so we can check audio and video prior to the meeting.
When providing public comment, please let us know in the email what item you would like to speak on. When it is time for you to provide your public comment, you will be prompted by staff.
Watch our Meetings Live Streamed:
All public meetings will continue to be streamed live on the Town’s website. This includes Town Council meetings and Planning Commission meetings. If you would like to watch a meeting, we invite you do so online.
Submitting a Public Comment for an Upcoming Meeting:
If you would like to submit a public comment electronically for an upcoming meeting agenda item, email firstname.lastname@example.org. These requests must be submitted no later than 5:00 p.m. on the date of the meeting. Emailed comments will be included in the official Town Council meeting minutes but will not be read aloud during the meeting.
Submitting a General Comment or Question to Council or Staff:
If you have a question or comment that you’d like to make to Council or staff, the best way to do so is through our website contact form. This form will deliver your message right to staff or Council.
Please note that if you submit a comment for Council on a particular item on an upcoming meeting agenda using our online form, it will not be included as part of the meeting minutes unless you specify that it should be.
