Road, Street, and Town Improvement Projects

Depending on the season, there can be multiple road work and improvement projects around town, or in the area, that affect drive-time or the route you need to take.  This page will make it easy for you to find them all in one place!

Street Closures in Harmony Subdivision for Seal Coating 7/13 – 7/24

The Town of Timnath will be completing road maintenance in the Harmony Subdivision July 13-24, weather permitting. This sealcoating project will require road closures, intermittent one-way traffic, and restrictions to on-street parking.  A day or two prior to work beginning on your street, the Town will distribute a flyer to affected homes. This flyer will be a reminder to adhere to closures and move parked vehicles off the road.  A color-coded map indicating which streets are scheduled for work (by date) can be found below.  CLICK HERE for additional important information about the project.
