The Town of Timnath is accepting Requests for Proposals (RFP) from qualified individuals and/or firms for 2017 Court Appointed Counsel Services.

The cut-off date and time for questions is September 13, 2017, at 9 a.m. It is the responsibility of the prospective bidders to contact Milissa Peters, Municipal Court Clerk at (970) 224-3211 to verify receipt of any questions submitted. Based upon such inquiry, the Town may choose to issue addenda to the original RFP materials. Any such addenda will be uploaded to the Town’s website no later than September 14, 2017 at 4 p.m. It shall be the responsibility of the Respondent to regularly check this page of the Town’s website for any and all updates and/or additional documentation that may be posted in the process.
